Responsibilities
Configure, develop, and maintain solutions within Dynamics 365 CE to support business requirements
Partner with product owners, patient services, sales, and marketing stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions that enable business processes
Design, build, test, and deploy enhancements, customizations, workflows, and plugins
Participate in the full development lifecycle, including planning, design, testing, deployment, and support
Proactively monitor system performance, identify issues, and resolve them to minimize downtime
Maintain multiple CE environments (development, test, production) and manage deployments through change management processes
Develop and maintain integrations between D365 CE and Dynamics 365 Business Central and other enterprise applications using APIs and middleware tools
Provide break-fix support, follow incident management processes, and ensure timely resolution of support tickets
Document technical designs, development processes, and system configurations
Serve as a subject matter expert in the Dynamics platform, staying current with new features and platform lifecycle updates
Work with vendors and partners as needed to troubleshoot, escalate, and resolve issues
Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery processes, DevOps practices, and system administration
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
5+ years of experience developing, supporting and enhancing enterprise systems
Extensive experience developing and maintaining Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE / Dynamics CRM
Proficiency in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
Experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, SQL, PowerShell scripting, CSS, and HTML
Strong understanding of CE modules supporting sales, marketing, and customer service processes
Experience designing and developing integrations using APIs
Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills
Preferred
Experience with C#/.NET for plugin development and customizations
Knowledge of Azure services (Azure AD, Service Bus, Functions, Logic Apps)
Familiarity with Dynamics 365 Business Central ERP integrations
Experience with SharePoint, Exchange, or other Microsoft enterprise tools
Exposure to compliance-driven environments (HIPAA, FDA, ISO)
