Account Manager
POS Professional Office Services is hiring an Account Manager who has a passion for healthcare, marketing, and sales. The role involves serving as a liaison between clients and POS departments, supporting client needs, onboarding new clients, and growing district sales.

Responsibilities
Service an existing book of business
Grow new business with existing clients through monthly recall
Prospect new clients via mailings, e-marketing, special events, cold calls, and more
Offer marketing and strategic ideas to support client needs
Knowledgeable in healthcare and marketing industry
Documentation of sales funnel in customer relationship management platform (CRM)
Oversee projects from initial order through client fulfillment
Qualification
Required
BA/BS Degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or another related field
Minimum 3 years of inside/outside sales experience, project or account management preferred
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong client relation skills
Must be a self-starter and have excellent time management
Preferred
Agency, marketing, or healthcare experience preferred
Salesforce (CRM) software experience is a plus
