Responsibilities
Support the operations of the executive team
Edit, and organize documents, contracts, applications, submissions, and department communications
Maintain digital and physical filing systems with strict confidentiality and version control
Track key deadlines and filing requirements across multiple states and departments
Assist with internal audits, documentation, and research
Coordinate meetings with external partners, regulators, and internal stakeholders
Manage travel arrangements and prepare agendas, summaries, and meeting notes
Work closely with leadership to support strategic and operational goals
Qualification
Required
1-2 years of administrative support experience
Experience managing confidential files and working within high-compliance environments
Excellent organizational skills and unwavering attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar)
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced, evolving work environment
Team-first attitude, professional discretion, and a proactive mindset
Must be 21+ years of age
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Facility Agent Card in Arizona
High school diploma or equivalent required
Must maintain confidentiality and compliance at all times
Preferred
4-year college degree, preferred
