The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania is seeking a meticulous and organized professional for the role of Administrative Assistant in the Bureau of Financial Management and Administration. The position involves managing office supplies, overseeing communication systems, assisting with budget management, and coordinating Right to Know Law Requests.

Responsibilities
Identifying and acquiring necessary office supplies and equipment
Maintaining an adequate inventory of disposable office supplies
Serving as the Telecommunications Officer, overseeing all communication systems and equipment, including wired and wireless systems, and facsimile machines
Assisting in the development of the annual budget and providing cost estimates for technology needs
Organizing and maintaining a database of computers and other devices utilized within the bureau
Monitoring the use of corporate cards and resolving any issues that may arise during the application process
Serving as the Right to Know Law Requests Coordinator, ensuring that all requests are processed accurately and in a timely manner
Qualification
Required
Such training as may have been gained through graduation from a four year college or university
Any equivalent combination of experience and training
You must meet the PA residency requirement
You must be able to perform essential job functions
