Director/ExecutiveFlagship Therapy is seeking a licensed PT, OT, SLP, PTA, or COTA to join their in-house therapy team at Pecan Valley Rehabilitation & Healthcare in San Antonio, TX, as an Assistant Director of Rehabilitation. This role includes management training and patient care responsibilities, providing an opportunity to learn from top leaders in the organization while contributing to patient rehabilitation.

Responsibilities
Join the in-house therapy team at Pecan Valley Rehabilitation & Healthcare
Participate in management training (20%) and patient care responsibilities (80%)
Exhibit a sincere desire to help patients and residents in their rehabilitation process
Utilize superior interpersonal communication skills
Demonstrate strong writing skills required for documentation of the care provided
Exhibit knowledge and understanding of therapy practice
Convey a high degree of credibility and integrity
Enjoy team cohesion and contribute positively to organizational excellence
Understand and accept the unpredictable nature and needs of the therapy function in a busy rehab department
Qualification
Required
Licensed PT, OT, SLP, PTA or COTA
SNF Experience Required
Preferred

Superior interpersonal communication skills
