Responsibilities
Build and maintain scalable, reliable backend systems that power integrations across multiple products
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Business Development, Product, Customer Success) to define requirements and deliver solutions that enable new business opportunities
Dive deep into a large, multi-product codebase — debugging, optimizing, and improving backend performance
Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code with a strong focus on operational excellence
Ensure backend systems are well-documented, observable, and resilient in production
Identify opportunities to automate processes, improve performance, and enhance system reliability
Qualification
Required
Experience as a backend engineer in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
Proficiency in C# and .NET Core
Experience with AWS and Docker
Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
Strong focus on operational excellence
Experience in debugging, optimizing, and improving backend performance
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (Business Development, Product, Customer Success)
Experience in building and maintaining scalable, reliable backend systems
Ability to document, observe, and ensure resilience of backend systems in production
Ability to identify opportunities to automate processes and improve performance
Preferred
Experience working on integrations or partner-facing systems
Background in AdTech, MarTech, or Data Engineering
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and monitoring tools (Grafana, Datadog, etc.)
Exposure to distributed systems, large-scale APIs, or event-driven architectures
