Responsibilities

Dive into real projects from day one with clear responsibilities and impactful tasks
Receive guidance and formal training from passionate professionals and your dedicated manager
Engage with senior leadership and gain invaluable insights into the industry
Observe and document current preventative maintenance practices
Research OEM recommendations/schedules and compare with current practices
Recommend and develop improved PMs that can be implemented, working with personnel at the site to update the PMs in the CMMS, and train maintenance personnel on their execution, developing SOPs and guides/resource materials as necessary

Required

Pursuing a degree in: Relevant field, e.g., Mechanical Engineering etc
Strong oral and written communication skills

Leaders: Demonstrate leadership in various settings, such as school clubs, sports teams, or work projects
Authorized to Work in the U.S
Able to pass a drug screen and background check
