Director of Social Media and Content Strategy

As the Director of Social Media & Content Strategy, you will own the global content vision, leading the content ecosystem and ensuring brand engagement across various platforms.
Responsibilities
Own and evolve the global social and content strategy, ensuring relevance across platforms and regions
Lead the end-to-end content ecosystem: social, creator, campaign, always-on, and cultural moments
Build and scale a high-performing in-house content team (social, creative, community, creators)
Set the tone for brand voice, visual identity, and cultural relevance across all digital channels
Partner closely with Brand, Creative, Growth, PR, and E-commerce teams to drive measurable impact
Translate data, insights, and trends into content that converts without losing authenticity
Act as a senior brand ambassador—spotting cultural shifts early and keeping the brand ahead of the curve
Qualification
Required
Proven leadership experience in social media, content, or brand storytelling at a consumer-facing brand
Deep understanding of platform-native content (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, emerging channels)
Experience scaling content for a global or culturally diverse audience
Strong creative instinct paired with a commercial mindset
Confident managing agencies, creators, and internal teams at scale
Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments
