Client Engagement: Actively reach out to potential clients, explaining the benefits and tailoring insurance options to meet their specific needs
Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through regular follow-up and responsive customer service
Portfolio Expansion: Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products to existing clients, enhancing their portfolio
Goal Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics to contribute to the growth of United Group Insurance
Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to provide the best options and advice to clients
Paperwork and Documentation: Ensure accuracy in all required documentation and compliance with regulatory standards
Qualification
Required
Active Iowa Property & Casualty License is required
Proven experience in insurance sales or a related field is highly desirable
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential
A genuine commitment to understanding and fulfilling client needs
Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to think on your feet
Capability to work collaboratively within a team environment
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
