The role involves providing administrative support, managing department records, and assisting with special projects to enhance the efficiency of the Risk Department.

Responsibilities

Prepare and maintain department records and budget reports
Prepare routine and advanced correspondence including letters, memoranda, and reports
Organize information, processes and coordinates daily work and long-term goals of the department
Manage special projects and process improvement initiatives
Provide administrative support to all areas of the Risk Department
Perform other duties as assigned or required

Required

High School diploma or equivalent
Banking experience a plus
5 years' experience in progressively responsible administrative positions
Excellent computer, word processing and spreadsheet skills with a working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
Strong time management and organizational skills
Experience with loan documents
Effective communicator with a team player attitude and strong interpersonal skills
Skillful problem solver and critical thinker
Able to compose reports and memorandums
Strong personal and professional integrity and the ability to maintain confidentiality
