Responsibilities
Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for senior finance executives
Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports
Organize and maintain filing systems, both digital and physical
Act as a liaison between the finance department and other internal departments, as well as external stakeholders
Assist in the preparation of financial documents, reports, and presentations
Coordinate and prepare materials for board meetings, investor relations events, and other high-level meetings
Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
Manage expense reports and process invoices
Assist with special projects and research as needed
Provide general administrative support to the finance team
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
5+ years of experience as an executive assistant, preferably in a finance or corporate environment
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Superior organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
Adaptability and flexibility to changing priorities and deadlines
Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills
Preferred
Experience with financial software and systems is a plus
