Brand Coordinator
BW Retail Solutions is a trusted leader in end-to-end eCommerce retail brand management. They are seeking a Brand Coordinator to manage the lifecycle of A+ Content across various platforms, conduct market research, and collaborate with creative teams to enhance brand messaging.

Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of A+ Content across Amazon, Walmart, eBay, and Shopify
Serve as the internal subject matter expert for EBC layout structure, image requirements, and compliance standards
Build scalable and reusable templates for product families to ensure consistency and reduce production time
Plan, develop, write, and assemble A+ content including headlines, modules, feature callouts, infographics, comparison charts, and brand storytelling
Upload, publish, and troubleshoot A+ modules within all marketplaces
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and strategies for improving our branded content
Work with creative teams for photography, copywriting, and graphic design as needed
Research and draft creative briefs for strategic review, including images, banners, and infographics when necessary
Coordinate with merchandising, category, and product development teams to verify product accuracy and messaging
Maintain all brand guidelines, tone of voice, and visual consistency across all content on all channels
Perform regular audits of ASINs to identify missing, outdated, or low-performing EBC and report on performance using available analytics tools
Use AI tools efficiently to support writing, visualization, and production workflows where needed
Assist with other marketing activities which may include trade shows, PR, advertising, and more
Qualification
Required
2+ years in marketing, brand coordination, eCommerce content, or a similar role
Enthusiast level knowledge in the outdoor power sports and lawn and garden industry
Strong writing skills with the ability to translate product features into compelling benefits
Graphic design background or knowledge, including AI generation, to support content creation
Proficient in basic HTML and marketplace content systems
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, preferred
