Responsibilities
Complete client setup tasks outlined in project management software
Collect, configure, and balance client data accurately
Manage small and mid-sized client implementations
Identify, assess, and resolve issues that arise during implementation
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure a smooth implementation process
Adapt and tailor implementation processes to fit client needs
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 3 years of related experience
Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred
Previous project management experience preferred
