Responsibilities
Own and drive the operational execution of the company’s growth strategy in alignment with financial and business goals
Lead day-to-day operations across functions, including Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Support
Build and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement
Ensure performance against key business metrics, including revenue targets, gross margin, customer retention, and operational efficiency
Collaborate with the leadership team to define and execute short and long-term strategic priorities
Act as a strategic partner in key enterprise sales opportunities — engaging directly with customers, supporting deal structuring, and helping close high-value contracts
Translate customer needs into operational and product priorities, improving go-to-market efficiency
Play an active role in key customer relationships and strategic account development
Full ownership of the business unit P&L — responsible for budgeting, forecasting, cost optimization, and delivering profitable growth
Monitor financial performance and make real-time decisions to optimize business outcomes
Work with Product Management and Engineering to prioritize product development in line with market demands and customer feedback
Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of software releases and feature improvements
Champion a product-led culture focused on usability, adoption, and ROI for customers
Implement agile methodologies to improve efficiency and responsiveness in product development
Work with customer support teams to integrate user feedback into product improvements
Monitor product performance, user feedback, and industry trends to drive improvements
Collaborate with sales and customer support teams to ensure seamless product adoption
Lead and develop a high-performing, cross-functional team (~25 employees) with a focus on accountability, transparency, and results
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, customer-first thinking, and operational discipline
Mentor emerging leaders and develop internal talent to support future scale
Qualification
Required
Overall experience of 10-12 years with 5+ years of progressive experience in operations or general management roles within B2B enterprise software, preferably in industrial, manufacturing, or analytics sectors
Proven track record of owning a full P&L, driving both top-line and bottom-line performance
Strong experience collaborating with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to deliver end-to-end business results
Exceptional strategic thinking with a hands-on approach to execution
Comfortable operating in a high-accountability, lean, and fast-paced environment
Excellent stakeholder communication skills, with the ability to influence at all organizational levels
Proven conflict resolution and change management capabilities to navigate complexity and drive transformation
Preferred
A bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred
Experience in a private equity or M&A-driven environment is a plus
