Entry Level Engineer - Railroad Bridge Design

Responsibilities
Perform structural design and detailing of railroad bridge components under the guidance of Senior Engineers and Project Managers
Contribute to multiple projects simultaneously, supporting both office and field assignments
Conduct bridge analysis, design, and detailing in accordance with the AREMA Manual
Apply problem-solving skills to resolve design and detailing issues
Use CADD software, Microsoft Office, and structural analysis tools to support project deliverables
Collaborate effectively with team members, supervisors, and project managers, communicating ideas clearly both orally and in writing
Qualification
Required
Minimum 4 Year Degree
BS in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited college or university
Passed the Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) Exam and pursuing EIT Certification
Strong initiative, attention to detail, and the ability to follow through on design and detailing tasks
Preferred
Railroad bridge experience or a strong interest in railroad bridges
