Responsibilities
Perform technical troubleshooting on complex integrated systems and identify solutions
Provide primary technical support to end users for software and data issues
Oversee technical and user support for new releases, including consultation on testing strategies
Coordinate information flow between business owners and development staff, ensuring timely execution
Develop and conduct end-user training sessions; mentor technical support staff
Qualification

Advanced knowledge and experience with Databricks
Advanced knowledge and experience with SparklyR

Senior level experience with SQL
Strong experience in Agile delivery and stakeholder engagement
