Responsibilities
Develop and Execute Cost Management Strategies: Design and implement cost management strategies to optimize costs and meet organizational profit goals
Analyze Global Cost Structures: Assess global cost structures and develop plans for cost optimization, ensuring maximum efficiency and profitability
Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Track KPIs to ensure cost control measures are effective, taking corrective actions when necessary
Product Cost Analysis and Variance Assessment: Conduct detailed product cost analyses and assess cost variances to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities
Support Budgeting and Resource Allocation: Assist in the development and management of budgets, and provide support for resource allocation and cross-departmental decision-making
Collaborate with Global Teams: Work closely with global teams to ensure that cost control processes are consistent and compliant with corporate standards and regulations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in cost management or a related field, preferably in a multinational environment
Proficiency in financial tools such as Excel, SAP, or Tableau; experience with ERP systems is preferred
Must be fluent in Spanish and English or Spanish and Chinese
Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional and global teams
In-depth knowledge of cost management practices, financial reporting, and cost optimization strategies
Preferred
CPA or CMA certification is a plus
Experience in manufacturing or similar industries is highly desirable
