Landscape Project Manager
Premier High-End Residential & Commercial Landscaping Firm is seeking an experienced Landscape Construction Project Manager to lead the execution of high-end landscape installation projects. This role involves managing project schedules, budgets, and subcontractors to ensure projects meet client expectations and quality standards.

Responsibilities
Take ownership of projects from hand-off (approved plans, permits, and budget) through final walkthrough and client sign-off
Interpret landscape architectural plans, grading plans, planting plans, lighting plans, and irrigation layouts
Create detailed project schedules, coordinate subcontractors, and manage in-house installation crews
Procure materials, plants, hardscape products, and specialty items while maintaining strong vendor relationships
Enforce quality control and ensure work meets or exceeds architectural intent and company standards
Manage project budgets, track costs, approve invoices, and provide accurate financial reporting
Proactively solve field issues (site conditions, weather delays, unforeseen conflicts) while keeping projects on track
Conduct regular site meetings with crews, subcontractors, clients, and architects as needed
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized job site in compliance with OSHA and company safety protocols
Deliver exceptional client communication regular updates, photos, and transparent discussions about progress and changes
Oversee project close-out: punch lists, as-built drawings, warranty documentation, and seasonal maintenance hand-off when applicable
Qualification
Required
Minimum 5+ years of direct experience managing landscape construction/installation projects (high-end residential or commercial preferred)
Proven track record taking projects from approved architectural drawings through completed installation
Strong plan reading ability (landscape, grading, utility, lighting, and irrigation plans)
Experience managing crews of 5 20+ installers and coordinating multiple trades (hardscape, carpentry, irrigation, lighting, drainage, planting)
Excellent budgeting, scheduling, and cost-control skills
Proficient with project management software (LMN, Aspire, Buildertrend, or similar) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
Knowledge of horticulture, plant material, and hardscape installation best practices
Valid driver s license and clean driving record
Ability to pass background check and drug screen
Preferred
Bachelor s or Associate s degree in Landscape Construction, Horticulture, Construction Management, or related field
Indiana pesticide applicator license or ability to obtain
ICPI, NALP, or similar industry certifications
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
