Responsibilities
Building and developing your own client portfolio
Designing precise search strategies in close collaboration with the Partners
Direct outreach to senior executives and industry experts
Conducting structured interviews and leadership assessments
Preparing high-quality candidate dossiers and market intelligence reports
Steering the full selection and decision-making process
Monitoring market and competitive developments
Representing Ertler Executive Search with clients, at events, and online
Qualification
Required
University degree in business or a comparable field
At least 3 years of experience in Executive Search
Strong professionalism and communication skills at executive level
Entrepreneurial mindset, sense of ownership, and high drive
Strong intuition for people, organizational dynamics, and leadership potential
Structured, quality-focused, and analytical working style
Excellent command of English required
Preferred
German is an advantage
