Responsibilities
Lead SAP EWM solution design and configuration across inbound, outbound, and internal warehouse operations
Support EWM-TM integration scenarios including freight order triggers, transportation unit updates, wave management, and warehouse task execution
Configure outbound delivery order processing, staging, packing, loading, yard management, and shipping activities aligned to transportation plans
Conduct system workshops, requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, and blueprint documentation
Support master data alignment for warehouse and transportation integration (locations, HU types, packaging specs, resources)
Coordinate with TM functional and integration teams for event triggers, status updates, and transportation-relevant warehouse activities
Manage testing cycles (Unit, SIT, UAT) and support cutover, go-live readiness, and hypercare activities
Create functional specifications for RICEFW objects (smartforms, reports, enhancements, BOPF objects, PPF actions)
Work within the SAP RISE governance model for transports, change management, and cloud-based operations
Qualification
Required

SAP EWM configuration across inbound, outbound, yard, and internal warehouse control processes
EWM-TM integration experience (mandatory) including freight order linkage, TU management, loading, check-in/check-out
EWM problem-solving skills: queue monitoring, RF framework support, picking/packing, staging, loading
Understanding of SAP TM freight execution, freight unit/order objects, document flows, and status/event handshakes
Knowledge of interface mechanics: IDocs, qRFC, PPF, BOPF framework, and EWM/TM master data alignment
Experience in SAP RISE environments with awareness of cloud transport processes, change controls, and operations guidelines
Minimum 5–10 years SAP experience, with at least 3+ years dedicated to EWM
Minimum 1–2 end-to-end implementations involving TM integration
Experience in S/4HANA EWM is mandatory; embedded or decentralised EWM exposure acceptable
Preferred
Handling Units, Warehouse Tasks, Waves, Labor Management, and MFS exposure (preferred but not mandatory)
Prior experience in logistics, warehouse operations, 3PL/4PL environments is preferred
