The role involves developing and leading a national team to achieve revenue targets while maximizing lead generation and conversion in investment immigration services.

Responsibilities

To establish, lead and support a national team of BDMs and refer/introducer network in achieving and exceeding their targets while meeting your own KPIs

Ensure the sales team is trained and updated on all investment immigration programs, regulatory changes and internal processes

Drive high‑value mandate generation and conversion across investment immigration programs

Represent the Company at key events, training sessions, client meetings, and industry functions to support brand positioning and new‑lead development

Assist in any other ad hoc projects as directed by management

Required

Senior sales or business development leader with experience in professional services, financial services, wealth management, or advisory‑driven sales

Proven ability to build, lead, and scale sales teams and referral networks

Be flexible to travel to different geographical locations as needed

Maintain high level of relevant industry and program knowledge and stay up to date on investment immigration trends and programs provided by Harvey Law Group

Strong communication skills both verbally and written, notably to prepare and present client proposals

Strong written and spoken English skills

Be legally authorized to work in the United States of America
