CrowdPlat is seeking a Senior SAP ABAP Developer to support the design, development, and enhancement of enterprise-scale billing, invoicing, and revenue management solutions within an SAP S/4HANA landscape. This role involves end-to-end ABAP development and collaboration with functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and deploy ABAP solutions supporting billing, invoicing, payments, collections, and revenue recognition
Enhance and extend standard SAP functionality using OO-ABAP, BADIs, user exits, CDS Views, AMDP, and RAP
Build and maintain WRICEF objects following clean-core and upgrade-safe principles
Develop and support OData services , REST/SOAP integrations, RFCs, and secure external interfaces
Collaborate with functional teams (FI/CO, Billing, Subscription, Order Management) to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Troubleshoot performance issues and production defects in high-usage SAP environments
Participate in SAP upgrades, patches, transports, testing cycles, and post-go-live support
Produce high-quality technical documentation, specifications, and test artifacts

Qualification

SAP ABAPS/4HANAOData servicesOO-ABAPREST/SOAP APIsCDS ViewsAMDPRAPSAP Fiori/UI5SAP BTPSAP certifications

Required

7+ years of SAP ABAP development experience (S/4HANA preferred)
Strong experience supporting financial or billing-centric SAP solutions
Hands-on with: OO-ABAP, BAPIs, BADIs, Enhancement Framework
CDS Views, AMDP, RAP
OData services and SAP Gateway
REST/SOAP APIs, JSON/XML
Experience integrating SAP with external platforms (CRM, portals, ITSM tools, etc.)
At least 2 full lifecycle SAP implementations or major upgrades

Preferred

Experience with subscription billing, contract accounting, or high-volume invoicing
Exposure to SAP Fiori/UI5
SAP BTP or cloud-aligned development experience
SAP certifications (ABAP, S/4HANA, Fiori)
