Responsibilities
Build and lead a treasury consulting team that owns engagements from discovery to delivery
Serve as senior relationship owner with credit union executives
Identify and grow value-add advisory and billable opportunities
Build consulting practice, offerings, pricing models, and delivery frameworks
Ensure exceptional quality, clarity, and client experience
Partner with Product and Technology teams to align strategy and execution
Support thought-leadership through presentations and industry insights
Qualification
Required
Experience in treasury management, payments, or financial consulting
Strong executive presence and client‑facing communication skills
Proven ability to grow revenue and drive billable utilization
Experience developing consulting offerings or leading advisory programs
