Responsibilities

Assisting the Building Maintenance Superintendent in planning, organizing and directing the maintenance, repair and alteration of public buildings and equipment

Qualification

Required

Completion of two years' college or trade school course work in construction or one of the building trades

A minimum of three years supervisory experience in building construction, maintenance and repair at the level of a Public Buildings Supervisor or a similar classification

A combination of education and experience equivalent to these requirements

Must possess a valid driver's license from state of residence
