Channel Development Specialist -Electrical Cables, LV, Medium Voltage (target: integrators, distributors, OIL&GAS companies
HB LATAM is seeking a Channel Development Specialist to drive market share and sales growth of electrical cables, particularly targeting integrators, distributors, and OIL&GAS companies. The role involves developing sales strategies, maintaining product knowledge, and managing sales pipelines to exceed revenue targets.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain detailed knowledge of our products, services, and processes
Develop and implement a plan for sales growth for existing and prospect accounts by identifying and developing new business opportunities
Create and maintain product forecast as well as develop, manage, and report on a sales report pipeline within the territory
Provide accurate periodic revenue forecasts
Follow sales processes and steps, including creating and implementing a strategic territory plan and driving and exceeding aggressive revenue targets
Adhere to CRM, business systems, and required activity standards
Qualification
Required
Success in developing and closing transaction orders
Proven ability to develop and maintain senior-level relationships within accounts (top and medium accounts)
Bachelor's degree in Electric Eng., Electronics, and others
Strong negotiation and closing skills, including a demonstrated ability to manage a complex sales cycle to closure
Be able to develop new pipeline opportunities
Be able to exceed individual quarterly quotas
Preferred
Located in the United States (preferably in Texas)
Knowledge about Electric Products
Previous experience selling to OIL&GAS companies, distributors, contractors
