Responsibilities
Design and produce client-facing screenshot concepts for high profile, Fortune 500 clients
Collaborate with a team of other designers, developers, and project management to design and deploy graphical assets and interactive elements for TrueChoice’s web-based applications
Design hi-fidelity wire frames and engaging UI concepts for industry leading web-based applications deployed across multiple devices
Design creative approaches, graphics and layouts for web pages, HTML emails, sales and print collateral
Innovate new products, tools, and processes as well as building upon existing ones
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, developments, and tools
Qualification
Required
An exceptional portfolio of consumer-facing desktop/mobile web projects that demonstrates your ability to elevate a brand through innovative and joyful web experiences
Bachelor's Degree or working towards completing a Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, or related major
Proficient with Adobe creative suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign. XD and video editing a plus
Creative flair for design with a strong grasp of design principles: including typography, color, imagery, and composition
Experience with responsive design concepts for mobile, phone, and tablet interfaces
Experience demonstrating brand/visual elements across multiple mediums in web, print, interactive, and social media assets
Ownership over your own work, as well as your team's collective work, and a commitment to every part of a task, from big picture to small details
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Willingness and ability to be reactive, flexible, and resourceful
Ability to persuasively justify and explain rationale for your design decisions
Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and web animation a plus
