Sponsorship/Partnership Manager (Commission-Only)
DAEMON LLC is a fast-growing esports-management powerhouse, partnering with marquee brands while scaling a nationwide client roster. They are seeking a hunter-style dealmaker to source new brand partners, close sponsorships, and manage deliverables to ensure partner satisfaction.

Responsibilities
Prospecting & outreach – Build and work a pipeline of gaming hardware, energy‑drink and local AZ brand prospects
Pitch & close – Craft decks, negotiate terms and execute contracts that align with ASU trademark/branding rules
Account management – Own deliverables (logo placement, social shout‑outs, on‑air reads) using Airtable/HubSpot for transparency
Renew & upsell – Achieve 70 %+ renewal rate and grow total sponsor value YoY
Reporting – Deliver monthly recap decks showing impressions, engagements and ROI
Qualification
Required
1+ yrs selling sponsorships, brand partnerships or media inventory (sports/esports preferred)
Demonstrated five‑figure deal‑close record
Comfortable working commission-only as a contractor; entrepreneurial mindset
Solid grasp of CPM/CPA metrics, Twitch/YouTube analytics and deck‑design basics
Strong communicator who can navigate both student‑run and corporate environments
Must be eligible to work in the U.S.; Phoenix‑metro preferred but remote OK for the right closer
