The intern will support customer interactions and create engaging content to enhance customer experience with SAP SuccessFactors.

Responsibilities
Support interactions with the Global Head, HCM Customer Innovation and Experience strategic customers who are already using or are interested in using SAP SuccessFactors, SAP’s HCM cloud solution, in a creative way
Help turn customer-specific content (videos, PowerPoints, demo scripts) into reusable assets, making them applicable for the majority of customer-facing interactions with customers
Help create content for big events and provide feedback on how we can make existing content visually stunning and impactful
Create customer-facing content, including videos, demo scripts, PowerPoints, and content inside the demo system
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in an academic program (Bachelor's or Master's Degree) or a Recent Graduate (within the past 6 Months)
Strong Communication Skills
Design Skillset: Canva, Video Editing
Ability to turn a complex topic into a compelling format, & presentation skills
Passion to learn & grow
Preferred
Preferred Majors: Marketing, Business Administration, Design, Media, or IT
