Responsibilities

Building and developing new business relationships with key decision-makers
Positioning the company as a leading supplier of food processing equipment
Expanding the customer base across North America, with a strong focus on new business development
Achieving or exceeding sales targets and KPIs
Increasing efficiency in identifying, developing, and winning new business opportunities

Required

Proven experience in technical solution sales and customer service, preferably within food processing equipment
Demonstrated success managing complex sales cycles and key accounts
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams and time zones
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Experience using CRM systems to manage customer relationships and sales pipelines
Based in Indiana, Chicago, or Atlanta, with a valid US work permit
Fluency in English; Spanish is an advantage

Preferred

Experience selling technical solutions for cooking, frying, or freezing equipment within the food processing industry, ideally in meat and poultry
Strong CRM utilization for driving customer engagement and business growth
Familiarity with the Challenger Sales Model and confidence in challenging customer assumptions
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in business or a related field
Willingness to travel both regionally and internationally as needed
