They are seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to maintain the integrity and functionality of their Highland Groves community in Gilbert, AZ, overseeing maintenance tasks and ensuring quality service for residents.

Responsibilities

Manages the occupied service request process, ensuring quality control and timeliness

Responsible for make ready turn processes for all vacant units. Including scheduling, ordering, performing or supervising maintenance, supervising vendors and final quality inspections

Oversee required occupied work order and make ready documentation and management

Responsible for inventory control, keeps a detailed inventory list, and orders supplies and parts every week

Responsible for maintenance shop, maintaining adequate stock, keeping it organized, safe, and clean

Performs monthly preventive maintenance inspections and repairs to ensure smooth and safe day-to-day operations

Maintain property exteriors including buildings, trash enclosures, curbs, carports, sidewalks, parking lots and garages

Works closely with the Property Manager and Regional Maintenance Supervisor regarding property maintenance, staff, and training

Conducts apartment and property inspections regularly

Provides excellent customer service to residents, prospective residents, and co-workers

Other duties may be assigned in support of maintenance goals
