Responsibilities
Processes incoming and outgoing mail; including Audit and Pharmacy mail
Manually monitor email folders and prepare documents to be scanned. These can include subpoenas and legal correspondence
Scans documents for all departments
Prepare outgoing certified mail
Log items arriving with tracking number i.e. FEDEX, UPS into Excel spreadsheet
Operates mailroom machinery, including postage machine, copiers, telephone and voicemail systems, and computers
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED
0-1 years of experience within an entry-level position
Working knowledge of or ability to learn to use office equipment, including copiers and printers, fax machines, and phone systems
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Products
Very strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Professional written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Possesses excellent skills in verbal and written communication
Must maintain confidential information
Demonstrates integrity and honesty in all aspects of job performance
Maintains a professional demeanor in all communications
