Responsibilities

Provide top-notch customer service by being very attentive to client and pet needs

Answer phones, proactively schedule appointments and specialty procedures, set reminders, manages patient and client flow including checking patients in/out, and handles basic client complaints

Facilitate communication between clients and medical team as needed

Utilizing computer information system to accurately enter client/ patient information, update and maintain medical records

Processing client payments and invoices, and following up on additional or missing payments

Ensuring the lobby, waiting room, and your workspace are clean and organized

Other administrative duties as needed

Required

At least 1 year experience in veterinary hospital setting
