Computer Systems Business Analyst 1
Pierce County is seeking a Computer Systems Business Analyst 1 to support various software development and system integration projects. The role involves gathering requirements, coordinating project timelines, and acting as a liaison between departments and IT to enhance application software features.

Responsibilities
Gather department requirements for new or enhanced application software features
Coordinate project timelines
Test changes and enhancements to software application systems (including creating documents and test scripts, manually updating document status and tables, and testing functionality)
Create, maintain, and run queries for reports and statistical analysis
Act as a liaison between the department and Information Technology (which may include 3rd party vendors) to ensure the assigned department’s project needs are being communicated effectively and are on schedule
Maintain regular, predictable, and punctual attendance during regularly scheduled work hours at the assigned worksite
Qualification
Required
An Associate's degree in business analysis, business, or related field
Two or more years of computer systems business analyst experience
Additional education or experience may substitute for the recruiting requirements
