The City of Waukee is looking for seasonal Concession Attendants. This position prepares and serves customer orders while providing efficient and friendly service, supporting daily operations by assisting customers and maintaining a clean work area.

Responsibilities

Concession stand sales, cleaning, and stocking
Takes orders for food and beverages and prepares food items according to the instructions
Completes cash transactions accurately, totaling purchases and tendering change
Participate in the set-up of concession stands, arrange inventory of supplies, and communicate shortages to Concession Lead
Performs clean-up duties after each shift and ensure that concession stand, food preparation equipment is sanitized and tidied up for the next attendant
Keeps food preparation equipment, building and storage areas clean and well-maintained
Performs other duties or assumes other responsibilities as apparent or assigned

Required

Must be 14 years of age or older
Reliable transportation to and from work
Confident in the use of computers and tablets and able to be trained in software required to complete functions of the position
