Senior Sales Executive
StarHunter is seeking a Senior Sales Executive to drive revenue by selling solutions to state, county, and municipal agencies through business partners. The role involves executing sales strategies, building territory plans, and cultivating relationships to meet growth objectives.

Responsibilities
Achieve revenue targets by managing and developing business partners
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners
Identify and pursue new opportunities through networking and referrals
Understand market trends and customer needs to tailor compelling solutions
Monitor and respond to relevant RFPs and RFIs
Represent the organization at industry events, including public speaking engagements
Maintain CRM data to support accurate forecasting and pipeline management
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience selling complex solutions to clients
2+ years of experience in technical or solution-based sales
Proven experience managing distribution or channel partners and growing customer accounts
An entrepreneurial mindset with a collaborative, team-focused approach
Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills
Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
Willingness to travel up to 50% within the assigned territory
