Brand Ambassador
Truly Nolen of America, Inc. is seeking an Entry Level Sales Partner to help drive new business and expand their market reach. This role involves hands-on experience in sales, lead generation, and marketing, with a focus on building customer relationships and meeting sales goals.

Responsibilities
Conduct front property lawn analyses (10 per week) & generate commercial proposals
Re-engage lost leads and perform quality checks on current customers
Identify cross-selling opportunities with technicians & sales teams
Participate in door-to-door & B2B canvassing campaigns (40%-50% of time)
Develop new business opportunities (10 per week) and attend joint sales appointments
Attend networking events (BNI, Chamber of Commerce, trade shows, etc.)
Build local relationships with landscapers, pool companies, HVAC businesses
Represent the company at promotional events and help create marketing content
Meet a minimum monthly sales goal of $15,000 in new services
Conduct 150 new contacts, 50 customer conversations, and 30 proposals weekly
Set up one community event per month and establish three new trade partnerships
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in sales, marketing, or customer service
Strong presentation skills and confidence in public speaking
valid state driver's license and good driving record
Preferred
degree in business/marketing
