Responsibilities
Continued development and research for our background check policy
Organization-wide tracking system with vendors
Reviewing and updating the corporate risk management policy
Legal review tool for new vendor contracts
Research for ongoing projects and policies as needed
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled as a second-year law student (2L) in good academic standing
Demonstrated interest in developing knowledge across legal areas relevant to senior care, including employment law and vendor compliance
Passion for caring for seniors with industry interest
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences
