Lang Company, now Marco Technologies, is seeking a Copier Refurbish Technician responsible for triaging, refurbishing, and preparing used copier equipment for resale while ensuring quality assurance standards are met. The role involves troubleshooting, testing, and maintaining documentation related to the setup process, along with assisting in assembly procedures and managing workspace cleanliness.

Responsibilities

Perform assembly and setup of equipment utilizing the proper setup checklists, prioritizing based on the setup schedule

Troubleshoot any issues that arise during setup utilizing any resource available to ensure proper setup exceeding all established quality assurance standards

Test all functions following guidelines set by the setup checklist

Clean all surfaces of equipment to acceptable quality assurance standards

Perform all necessary administrative functions in ERP system and fill out all applicable documents to support the setup process

Move products in and around the distribution centers and to and from off-site storage

Accurately and completely follow setup checklist/guidelines

Order all parts and supplies needed to perform setup

Assist the Copier Setup Technicians with assembly procedures as well as repair of new product when needed

Prepare all used product for delivery

Accurately maintain documentation and comply with service administrative procedures in a timely basis to include time entry

Maintain and promptly clean all workspaces

Maintain 85% accountable time including approved training

Attend Required Company And Departmental Meetings

Required

High School diploma and two years of copier service experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience

Proficiency with business collaboration tools such as Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
