The role involves driving process alignment, reporting excellence, and digital transformation by acting as a bridge between procurement, operations, and IT, while also supporting end users and leading change initiatives.

Responsibilities
Recommend and implement best-practice usage of SAP and related procurement systems
Support end users in maximizing P2P and e-procurement tools, including first-level troubleshooting
Act as a regional representative for P2P in system governance, approvals, and IT prioritization discussions
Drive efficiency, simplification, automation, and digital transformation across procurement processes
Manage internal control cycles for P2P processes, including policies, master data, systems, training, and communication
Lead continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring alignment, standardization, and auditability
Support regional and global e-sourcing and e-procurement platform adoption
Promote health, safety, and environmental compliance across all work environments
Maintain and optimize procurement tools and reporting systems in collaboration with IT and global teams
Ensure accurate and consistent use of procurement master data (vendor, material, service)
Build strong working relationships with internal IT stakeholders and shared service centers
Support category management initiatives related to IT and analytics
Enhance spend transparency, performance reporting, and compliance measurement
Coordinate with analytics and process improvement teams to enable data-driven procurement strategies
Deliver ad-hoc analysis and reporting as required
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Administration, Supply Chain, or related field
5+ years of experience in process performance reporting, statistical analysis, or procurement analytics
Deep understanding of end-to-end P2P processes, including Procurement, Warehousing, Master Data, and Accounts Payable
Strong SAP expertise and familiarity with procurement add-on tools
Experience applying AI or advanced analytics to derive insights from procurement datasets
Proven ability to lead change, improve processes, and influence stakeholders in complex organizations
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure with strong attention to detail
Analytical, business-savvy, customer-focused, and goal-driven mindset
Role may require adherence to strict health, safety, and PPE protocols, including respirator use where applicable
