Collaborate with operations and sales to align transportation capacity with business demand
Drive efficiency, sustainability, and service improvements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or 7+ years equivalent experience in logistics, supply chain, or business
7+ years managing road transportation (LTL, FTL, flatbed, parcel, or specialized trucking)
Strong negotiation, contract management, and data analysis skills (Excel, Tableau, Power BI)
Knowledge of DOT, FMCSA, HOS, and hazmat compliance
Excellent communication and executive presence
