Responsibilities

Shape Strategy & Vision Lead our Salesforce CRM strategy to enhance business development, agent experience, and stakeholder engagement. Drive innovation with AI, personalization, and data cloud capabilities to create best-in-class sales experiences
Lead & Inspire Teams Manage and develop a global team of admins, analysts, and developers. Foster a culture of collaboration, psychological safety, and continuous improvement
Architect & Implement Solutions Design and optimize a modern Salesforce ecosystem, integrating tools like Marketo, Highspot, ZoomInfo, and more. Own the roadmap for CRM innovation and scale
Collaborate Across Functions Partner with regional operations, marketing technology, and data teams to ensure compliance, governance, and seamless execution

Qualification

Required

8+ years in sales technology leadership, with at least 3 years managing global teams
Expert-level Salesforce knowledge (Ranger or above) and experience with complex, multi-business unit implementations
Proven success in global CRM transformations and operationalizing business strategy through technology
Familiarity with modern sales tech stacks, Salesforce Data Cloud, and marketing automation platforms
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in matrix organizations
