The Retail Investment Services Officer I will provide comprehensive investment advice and financial planning to an existing book of business while partnering with branch employees to attract new customers.

Develops relationships with branch employees in order to encourage referrals

Meets with customers to determine if they have investment or insurance needs

Meets with existing customers to ensure their investments and insurance are meeting their needs

Reports on client meetings

Reports on fee income generated

Performs other duties as assigned

Qualification

Required

Two years of investment brokerage experience required

Active FINRA SIE Series 7, 63 & 65. Iowa Producer Insurance License required

High level of relationship building skills

Proficiency in mutual funds, annuities, ETFs, insurance, bonds, IRAs, and asset allocation

Preferred

Four-Year College Degree preferred

Four-year college degree in a related field preferred OR an equivalent combination of education and experience
