Responsibilities

Maintain knowledge of various transportation funding sources as you determine eligibility for consumers and accurately complete required forms

Utilize a computer and telephone to answer calls, make reservations, schedule trips, and appropriately route trips

Maintain electronic and written records ensuring files are updated, legible and complete

Develop and apply a good operational understanding of the Wayne County Transportation System

Required

Six months as a Clerk 1 and educational development to the level of the eighth grade; or

Completion of a high school business curriculum; or

Any equivalent experience and/or training which provided the required knowledges and abilities

You must meet the PA residency requirement

You must be able to perform essential job functions

You must pass a background investigation

A conditional offer of employment will require a drug screening

This position falls under the provisions of the Child Protective Services Law. Under the Law, a conditional offer of employment will require submission and approval of satisfactory criminal history reports including, but not limited to, PA State Police clearance, PA Child Abuse history clearance, and FBI Fingerprint clearance
