Responsibilities

Assist in analyzing customer behavior and identifying satisfaction drivers

Support implementation of psychological strategies to improve customer engagement

Help design feedback surveys and conduct basic data analysis

Observe and assist in resolving client-provider conflicts using communication and psychological frameworks

Support documentation of issues and development of human-centered solutions

Learn and apply conflict resolution and behavior management strategies

Contribute psychology-informed insights to support strategic decision-making

Assist in preparing content and materials for client meetings and presentations

Join business discussions to understand how psychology impacts growth and retention

Participate in onboarding processes for new service providers

Assist in evaluating psychological readiness and experience alignment

Collaborate with training teams to develop orientation and learning materials
