Responsibilities
Handle inbound leads and convert them into bookings, appointments, or enrollments
Manage daily performance metrics with full accountability for results
Collaborate with leaders for ongoing feedback and real-time coaching
Contribute to a fast-paced, data-driven sales culture focused on growth
Work a full-time schedule (40 hours/week) between 12 PM and 12 AM EST with availability to work on Saturdays
Qualification
Required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Fast learner with a proactive and goal-oriented attitude
Comfortable with structure, targets, and measurable outcomes
Fluent English (written and spoken)
No prior sales experience required — training provided
Must have access to reliable internet and a quiet work setup
