Responsibilities
Grow the Territory: Develop market-specific sales plans to expand our Midwest footprint
High-Touch Sales: Up to 60% travel to engage customers in person and close high-value deals
Pipeline Management: Use CRM daily to track leads and execute monthly and quarterly sales targets
Direct Impact: Report directly to management to craft closing strategies and drive deal flow
Qualification
Required
8+ years in industrial B2B sales (technical products/plastics a plus)
Bachelor's degree required
Proficiency with CRM and MS Office suite
A 'hunter' mentality with a proven track record of business development
