Responsibilities
Lead and optimize all operations across new construction, retrofits, and service
Oversee delivery of complex mechanical projects (HVAC, plumbing, hydronic piping, refrigeration) across data center, healthcare, life sciences, and higher education markets
Drive operational strategy, execution excellence, and margin performance
Develop and lead senior operations teams, fostering a strong culture of safety, accountability, and performance
Implement standardized processes, KPIs, and best practices to support scalable growth
Lead preconstruction, estimating, and business development to ensure successful project execution
Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards
Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic initiatives and growth objectives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related field
15+ years of progressive leadership experience in mechanical contracting or construction operations
Proven executive oversight of HVAC, plumbing, hydronic piping, and/or refrigeration operations
Experience delivering projects in data centers, healthcare, life sciences, or higher education environments
Strong financial acumen, including P&L oversight and forecasting
Demonstrated ability to lead, scale, and develop high-performing teams
Strategic, results-driven leader with strong communication skills
