Responsibilities
Plan, organize, control and direct the financial activities of a major division involving substantial direct or indirect accountability of the functions of Child & Family Services
Perform a variety of duties related to the planning, organization and direction of an assigned function
Supervise and evaluate the performance of assigned personnel
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in accounting or a related field
Seven years of increasingly responsible accounting experience in a school district or county school office including one year of supervisory experience
Must comply with Senate Bill 792 immunization requirements for influenza, pertussis, and measles
Preferred
HIGHLY DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE with federal, state, and local early childhood education funding sources
experience managing multiple grant fiscal years within California school fiscal year
experience using collaborated funding models using various federal, state, and local funding sources
experience using sophisticated cost allocation methods and principles
experience supervising a team of personnel
