The Implementation Analyst will manage and deliver client work items, support Implementation Managers on larger projects, and ensure high-quality documentation while configuring the platform for clients.

Responsibilities

Managing and delivering a range of client work items, such as change requests and projects
Supporting Implementation Managers in the delivery of larger projects
Ensuring all documentation produced is of a high quality, is clear, concise and understood by internal and external stakeholders
Managing client expectations around the delivery of work items throughout all stages of delivery
Capturing detailed client requirements and ensuring they are documented, reviewed and approved
Configuring our platform in both test and production environments

Qualification

Technical backgroundCredit experienceAPIs RESTAPIs SOAPProject management exposureCommunication skillsProblem-solving skills

Required

Technical background – This can be via a technical degree or experience in a technical or client-facing position
Credit experience
Understanding and experience with APIs such as REST and SOAP
Strong communication skills across different levels and with both external and internal stakeholders
Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for technology

Preferred

Exposure to project management would be desirable
