They are seeking a Production Team Member to play a key role in the processing, mixing, and bagging of feed products while supporting materials handling and facility maintenance in a climate-controlled environment.

Responsibilities
Perform a variety of production tasks including processing, mixing, and bagging feed
Handle materials, inventory, and assist with facility cleaning and maintenance
Lift, carry, and stack 50-pound bags and pails as required
Support overall production efficiency, quality standards, and safety practices
Read and follow production plans
Set scale weights accurately
Feed bags through sewing machines or heat sealers
Stack completed bags onto pallets or into boxes
Move completed pallets using an electric pallet jack
Shrink-wrap pallets using automated and manual methods
Assist in mixing and blending feed
Load and unload trailers as needed
Operate a forklift (experience preferred; training provided if needed)
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the feed mill
Help customers in a prompt, efficient, and courteous manner
Communicate professionally with customers, coworkers, and management
Maintain regular and predictable attendance and punctuality
Complete other tasks and special projects as assigned
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED required
Ability to work extended hours as needed
Commitment to plant operations and company goals
Ability to stand for 8–10 hours per shift
Frequent bending, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, twisting, pushing, and pulling
Ability to lift and carry items weighing 50 pounds or more
Ability to walk and stand for extended periods
Preferred
Forklift experience preferred or willingness to be trained
